Collection Processing System (CoPS)

The PNP Finance Service - Collection Processing System (CoPS) takes responsibility in protecting your personal information and upholding your data privacy and information security.

By using the CoPS, your personal information as user, cashier/encoder, or as payor or paying client, may be collected and processed, upon your request or consent, or upon the lawful order of any competent authority, or by virtue of the mandate of the PNP. Disclosure or sharing of personal information shall only be upon your consent, or as required by law.

All personal information collected and stored by CoPS will form part of the pertinent records of the system, shall be under the protection of the PNPFS.

The PNPFS, as end-user, with its core development team and with the coordination and technical support of the Directorate for Information and Communication Technology Management (DICTM) and Information and Technology Management System (ITMS), shall ensure that all personal information or data is handled fairly and lawfully with respect to data subjects' rights. The PNPFS employs various technologies to protect and routinely take precaution in ensuring that security measures remain operational and effective in the collection and storage of information in the system's database. We aim to uphold our commitment to comply with the mandate of Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Submitting your data to PNPFS signifies that you have read and understood this Privacy Notice and expressly consent to the processing of your personal and/or sensitive personal information in the manner and for the purpose provided in this Notice.
